Technical Service Engineer - Bayan Lepas, Penang

Field Service TechnicianResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair Automatic Identification Data Capture (AIDC) equipment, including:
Thermal Transfer Printers (Desktop, Table-top, Mobile)
Handheld Scanners
Mobile Scanners/Terminals
Other related products (onsite or offsite)
Study blueprints, schematics, operator and service manuals, and other specifications to understand installation and servicing procedures.
Set up or oversee the installation of equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Operate and demonstrate equipment to end users.
Provide end-user training upon equipment installation.
Assist customers (end users or engineers) with service or support needs.
Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual issues in system operation and maintenance.RequirementsPossess at least a Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Candidates without a Diploma but with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome, as on-the-job training will be provided.
Proven work experience as a field service technician (if applicable).
Basic knowledge of equipment control and troubleshooting methods/skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented with effective communication skills.
