Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customersConduct hardware and software product demonstrations showcasing technical features and processes to customersAssist sales team in providing product recommendations for customers' applicationsPrepare operating instructions and conducts training programs to meet customer's needsMaintain positive customer relationships through effective interactionDevelop programs/applications that effectively accomplish customer specifications/objectivesConsults with customers and incorporates needs and feedback into application designsEnsures programs/applications work properly after maintenance and testingTake a challenging issue from problem statement through to resolution and follow-upPerform other related duties as assignedperform machine installation, buy off and willing to travel aboard
