What You'll Do: Technical Support Excellence: Provide expert assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, ensuring that internal teams can operate smoothly and efficiently.In-House Troubleshooting: Conduct in-depth diagnostics and resolution for technical issues, documenting findings and solutions to improve future responses and knowledge sharing.System Administration: Manage user accounts, access permissions, and software installations, ensuring that all internal systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally.Training and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for internal teams, empowering them to leverage our products and tools effectively.Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices, to enhance team performance and knowledge retention.Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build strong connections with internal teams to understand their technical needs, providing tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency.Your Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life rhythm with our flexible rotating shifts:
Day Shift: 8 AM to 5 PMSwing Shift: 2 PM to 11 PMMidnight Shift: 11 PM to 8 AMWork Cycle: Four consecutive days followed by two days off.
