Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance in the usage of the products sold by the Company to surgeons and nurses.
Create and maintain a professional relationship with all customers.
Provide excellent technical support for our customers on the products being used.
Initiate and conduct in-service sessions with the assistance of the sales team.
Assist in coordinating and organizing required material, demo kits, props and literature for trade shows.
Assist in coordinating and organizing seminar.
Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customers and competitive trends.
This position is available for location atShah Alam, Melaka, Johor & East Malaysia.
Requirements:
State Registered Nurse with Operating Theatre experience assisting surgeons during surgery as a scrub nurse.
Preference will be given to those with experience in Orthopedic surgery.
Must be registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with current APC .
Fully vaccinated for covid-19.
