Technical Support Engineer (After Sales) - Dahua Security Malaysia Sdn Bhd

Job Description:
- To continuously monitor and maintain systems and project progress. 
- Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
- To responsible for delivering and administering contracts for road, bridge or traffic infrastructure and/or maintenance projects. The role manages the day to day activities within allocated priorities and is fully accountable for the quality and integrity of information and advice provided.
- Knowledge in surveillance industry or have experience in technical support role or project management role will be added as advantage.

Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Security CCTV
- Work Location: Petaling Jaya Selangor 
- Language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
