It will be an environment where you will be encouraged to grow and increase skills / knowledge base and realise your full potential.You will be in a team who facilitates many interactions with customers, you will take on the critical mission of resolving complex technical issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience in Tier 1-2 roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.Proficient problem-solving abilities coupled with strong critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and customer service aptitude, with the capability to convey technical concepts clearly and succinctly.Strong team player mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain service quality standards.Capacity to thrive in high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks concurrently.Familiarity with cloud environments, including practical experience with at least one major provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Demonstrated expertise in Docker containers; familiarity with Kubernetes is advantageous.Experience working with Linux distributions, particularly Ubuntu and Redhat.Availability to participate in on-call rotations during weekends, with appropriate compensation provided.Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.Full spec available.
