Technical Support Engineer

Job Description : Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions to technical issues. Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with the Research & Development department to resolve complex issues. Develop technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs. Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on product use and troubleshooting techniques. Continuously update knowledge of product feature, technical specifications, and industry trends. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
