Technical Support Executive (Biotechnology Division-Biotechnology)

Job Responsibilities: - Provide after sales training to the customers and post-training follow ups on further enquiries.Provide demo and trial run to potential customers.Troubleshoot any problems encountered by the customers.To conduct workshop/seminars.Assist sales/coordinator with any technical information required during sales proposal/meeting.To circulate any technical products/information to the team for updates.Responsible in new product studies to add into the portfolio.Manage demo stock inventory and housekeeping of biotech laboratory.Design technical newsletters, product brochures and manage biotech website technically.To handle customer complaints.To perform other tasks and duties assigned by superior.Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, Medical Bioscience, Microbiology or any other related studies.Possess sales experience in related industry will be an advantage.Good communication skills and presentation skills. (Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English).Self-starter, good planner, good problem-solving skill, fast leaner, multi-tasking, energetic and able to work in fast-paced environment.Possess own transport & traveling is mandatory.Must be able to travel whole Malaysia and oversea if needed.Able to work independently.Attentions to details.Good presentation and IT skills.
