Technical Support Executive

This role involves developing robotics educational content and materials for various age groups and skill levels, conducting research on robotics educational products, and facilitating workshops for a unique brand of product: LEGO Education!"

Responsibilities:



-Interact with customer via various communication, channels, such as phone, email, chat or in-person, to understand and identify technical issues.



-Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company.



-Provide guidance and training to customers on how to use the product, which may involve creating training slides, tutorials or FAQs.



-Collaborate with other members of sales and technical support team, to resolves issues and improve the overall customer experiences.

-Possess at least diploma in engineering (electrical and electronic, mechanical, mechatronic,computer science) or equivalent



-Understanding of common programming languages commonly used in robotics education



-Understanding of common educational principles and practices in STEM



-Verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner



-Willingness to travel



-Working Location: Northern region of peninsular Malaysia.
