Technical Support Specialist

Job responsibilities:
Provide L1 support to our client on a 24/7 rotation basis.Web Application troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner base on severities.To ensure maximum availability and minimal disruption to business continuity in order to meet all agreed target, SLA's and metrics.Ensure that all defects dealt with are according to incident management best practices.Maintain accurate logs of faults with resolution and contact details.Monitor system operations and provide initial diagnosis of error, following escalation processes if required. Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.At least 1 year of working experience in related field.Preferably Junior Executive specialize in IT/Computer-Network/System/Database admin or equivalent.ITIL or professional certification is an added advantage.24/7 shift coverage with rotating work day.Proficient in Mandarin and English as this role required to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients from China.
