Technical Trainer

**Duties/ Responsibilities Primary**:- Create and review technical training programs according to organizational requirements and KPIs.- Prepare training schedules? classroom agenda and training materials? i.e.presentations? worksheets and so on.- Coordinate with line leaders and department managers for staff training arrangements.- Perform in-house training sessions and workshops etc. in groups or individually.- Perform needs assessment on production staffs and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.- Assess training needs from outside sources, i.e. equipment suppliers, online training providers etc.- Monitor training programs and analyse respective outcomes.- Evaluate overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.- Responsible for all documentation records, i.e. training records, training materials, SOPs, ISO documents etc.- Support internal and external audit activities.- To perform any other duties as and when required by management.**Requirements and Qualifications**:- Diploma and above in relevant technical field.- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in hands-on technical training.- Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.- Good practical experience with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Words and Excel.- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Work location: MelakaReports to: Lead Trainer**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 04/30/2024
