What will you do?
Within the Global Field Services Academy, your role will be to train and update technical trainings for field services engineers and partners.
In addition, you will be in charge of teaching methods covering course design, course implementation and course update.
Your roles will be: 1.
Conduct technical trainings, on MV equipment, solutions and Ecostruxure offers from Power Services Business: * Delivering installation & maintenance trainings on MV and LV equipment and protection systems (Relays - Micom, Sepam etc.)
for our internal field services engineers, using virtual class and attended class methods main focus (but not limited to): Primary and Secondary AIS & GIS (WS, GHA, GMA, WI etc.)
Distribution Switchgear.
* Make sure that safety rules, best practices and safety conditions are met during each training session.
* Support other trainers to grow in competency and ensure other trainers are updated.
* Be responsible for classroom maintenance of electrical equipment.
* Work closely with the Training central team, E&P Service teams, technical management and technical support for technical issues and get the latest technical evolution.

Designing of training courses (SME role): * Manage engineering instructions, teaching methods, course creation, necessary equipment to launch new training courses on Connected Offers MV & LV equipment and protection systems (Relays - Micom, Sepam etc.).
* Be in charge of updating course content and ensure the knowledge & knowhow transfer towards the other trainers.
* Creation of Tutorials and eLearning for the offers you are responsible for.
* Support, coach and train other E&P trainers in their missions to a) create courses on MV and LV equipments, b) deliver such courses, c) enhance their service competency on MV/LV equipment.
* Contribute to the creation and update of training paths.

Deliver expertise tasks and share your expertise with other teams: * Be a technical reference for other trainers.
* Provide support & contribution to E&P Services LoB for the development of their technical offers * Focused missions for strategic topics and projects for countries globall What qualifications will make you successful?
* Ideally educated to engineer level in electro-mechanical discipline.
* Good knowledge and field experience of MV and LV electrical distribution * Good technical knowledge of the main MV and LV product ranges from Schneider Electric - Specifically experienced with the installation of Medium Voltage equipment e.g.
any of PIX, SM6, RM6, WS, GHA, GMA &/or WI primary distribution switchgear AIS / GIS & SF6 Handling.
* Experience in protection systems (Relays - Micom, Sepam etc.)
would be beneficial.
* Experience with Legacy Products of France Country Installed Base.
* Autonomous, you demonstrate abilities of analysis and pragmatism * You have good relationships, a good level of oral communication and enjoy international contacts * You are flexible and have a good sense of customer service.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
* Some knowledge on EcoStruxure and networks are an advantage.
