Technical Writer

Remote- Full Time- ExperiencedThis position will be responsible for writing documentation for software and services. A critical part of the role is a desire to understand the product inside and out. To that end, you will work closely with our product development team and become an expert in our product functionality. You will participate in our agile process, including regular stand-ups and sprint reviews. You will learn every feature from the time of its conception through its release and customer deployment.**Qualifications**:Passionate about ensuring customer success, you possess robust writing and communication skills, adept at simplifying complex topics into engaging content. Actively seeking innovative ways to convey product information, you scour the internet for inspiration and learn from industry leaders. Familiar with industry best practices, you aspire to develop unique strategies.
