Our client - a well-established multinational banking corporation, is seeking a talented **Technical Writer **who will be responsible for contributing high quality documentation to the overall success of the Digital Workplace Portal. The following are the responsibilities and requirements:**Responsibilities**:- Translate technical knowledge articles / content to end user consumable knowledge articles of high quality that can be published on a Digital Workplace Portal.- Work on improving knowledge artefact quality levels with tech and ops teams based on quality ratings from end users.- Implementing knowledge article library that aligns with the organization's business objectives.- Create business user friendly knowledge articles to publish on Digital Workplace Portal.- Maintain knowledge article on Knowledge Portal.- Seamless communication with Technology and Ops functions who contribute knowledge on review and approval of trusted knowledge content.**Job Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related field.- Minimum 3 or 5-years' experience in translating technical knowledge articles / content to end user, preferably but not mandatorily in the banking industry.- Able to create business user friendly knowledge articles, implementing and maintaining knowledge article library and on portal.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as collaborating skills with cross cultural teams like tech and operations.- Proficient in using documentation tools and software like Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or content management systems.- Portfolio of previous work demonstrating writing and documentation skills is advantageous.- **Malaysian Citizens only.****Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM4,512.72 - RM9,414.55 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Experience in translating technical knowledge articles / content to end user?- Able to create business user friendly knowledge articles, implementing and maintaining knowledge article library and on portal?- Do you require a work visa?- Are you able to join immediately?**Experience**:- technical writing: 5 years (required)- Banking or Financial industry: 5 years (required)- Content management systems: 3 years (required)- Microsoft Word: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
