Job DescriptionInstalling and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and peripherals
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support for computing scope by phone or physical touch
Repairing and replacing computer hardware as necessary
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
PREFERRED:
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field
Preferably entry level specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
SKILLS:
Good knowledge in IT computer, hardware and software troubleshooting.
