1. Perform minor and major PM for Back Metal tools as per schedule and ensure that they are in good working condition.2. Team up with Equipment and Process Engineer on chronic equipment failure through appropriate troubleshooting and continuous improvement methods.3. Maintain and improve overall equipment efficiency through effective preventive maintenance.4. Perform tools conversion as needed.5. Involve in projects to improve yields, quality, cycle time, reduce scrap, and cost.6. Responsible for 5S in the Back Metal area.#J-18808-Ljbffr
