Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and experienced PCB Debug Technician to join our team. As a PCB Debug Technician, your main responsibility will be to identify and rectify issues in printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure their proper functionality and adherence to design specifications. You will be solely focused on debugging PCBs and testing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct thorough inspections and tests of PCBs to identify electrical, mechanical, or design issues that may affect their functionality.
Analyze and isolate problems within the PCB circuitry and components, utilizing various testing equipment and tools.
Diagnose and interpret error reports or test results to pinpoint the root cause of PCB failures and malfunctions.
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Diploma related to Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Technology.
Minimum 2 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field.
Willing to work in 12-hour rotation shifts.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED:
Previous experience in the Electronic industry. SDD/HDD related experience is an advantage.
Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply for this position.
SKILLS:
Mechanical Skills: From reading wiring diagrams and schematics to using soldering equipment, electronic technicians possess a mechanical aptitude.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office applications, software installation, and programming is essential for this position.
Problem-Solving: Technicians are versed in how to identify and provide solutions to electronic equipment issues and breakdowns.
Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial.
Eye-hand Coordination: Proficient eye-hand coordination is required to repair and install small components.
Organizational Skills: Electronic technicians exhibit above-average organizational skills.
