Together, we're the next BIG thing in data.**Job Description**:This position is to support activities to deliver an effective, efficient, and proactive Quality Management System to enable business success by ensuring fulfillment of established internal and external standards/guidelines such as required by ISO 9001, 14001, 22301, 45001, and Responsible Business Alliance.- Detailed oriented mindset.- Responsible on the maintenance, and improvement to the Quality. Management System specifically on the online document database (PCN and Document Center).- Responsible to manage the approved document release and maintain the latest version in the document center. Maintain document master lists, systematic document filing and good records management.- Conduct verification/ audit to ensure valid documents are at point of use.- Perform follow up with respective department(s) on the Quality System matters (Doc Control, PCN, ERN etc) and engineering change document closure.- Hold authority to reject the submission in the document control system if not meeting the document control requirement.- Provide support to end user for online document control system and conduct system training / briefing on the on-line document control system.- Follow up with relevant IT personnel or related parties when the system malfunction.- Managing the e-Calibration system with equipment process owner to ensure no equipment overdue in system. Support in the new equipment registration and training with new / existing user.- Responsible for the internal part number and Oracle PDH part number creation and maintenance.- Support the New Hire Orientation training for IMS/Quality.- Assist in ensuring the functional business risk (in area of assigned responsibility) are adequately identified and mitigated at best possible level.- Responsible for the health and safety of individual at workplace.- Accountable for the assigned departmental KPI results.**Qualifications**:Diploma in any relevant discipline.- Prefer to have working experience in related field or manufacturing environment.- Proficient in Computer literacy (E.g. Excel/Word/Power Point)**.**:- Familiar with the Quality Management System and ISO9001.- Knowledge in ISO14001, 22301, and/ or 45001 will be added advantage.- Strong verbal, written, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.Additional InformationWestern Digital thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
