Together, we're the next BIG thing in data.**Job Description** Roles / Responsibilitie**:- Support data analytics work i.e. customer feedback, Key Quality Characteristics (KQC) performance, Optical Surface Analyzer (OSA) performance, process Cpk by form factor etc.- Support request for Failure Analysis (FA), retrieve KQC data or OSA or Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) data, in-process data, data from INSITE database or other database as required.- Support obtaining information related to shipment, on-hold, process improvement/update, experiments (ERNs), customer returns, and others.- Responsible to assist in conducting line audits for compliance and follow up on audit findings for improvement.- Responsible to update weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) charts for customers, Substrate and Media operations and procedure update as required.- Accountable for accurate records in database for customer (Media or downstream customer) feedback.- Authority to follow up and follow through committed actions/evaluation lots for improvements to Customer (Media), and escalate to Engineer if no response from action PIC.- Responsible to maintain & updating the Quality Noticeboard.- Assist in ensuring the functional business risk (in area of assigned responsibility) are adequately identified and mitigated at best possible level.- Responsible for the personal health and safety at the workplace.- Support any other projects / task assigned by supervisor, leveraging 4IR-related skills and expertise to drive innovation, agility, and digital transformation across the organization.**Qualifications**REQUIRED:- Diploma in any relevant Engineering discipline.PREFERRED:- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field or manufacturing environment.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, committed and good team player.- Basic knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, RBA standards requirements.- Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis and SPC.SKILL:- Positive, continuous improvement mindset.- Adaptable, attention to detail, and good time management.- Effective communication for collaboration and documentation.- Able to contribute ideas to maintain and enhance product quality.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, assertive, good analytical skills.- Data, digital, and technological literacy, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point**.****Additional Information**Western Digital thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
