Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform basic level analysis for production hold lots and give disposition and feedback to related team such as Product Engineer, Test Process Engineer, Assembly Process Engineer, and Test Equipment Engineer for issue investigation.
Execute 1st level troubleshooting during test and escalate it to related team.
Handle test engineering activity such as DOE/Volume checkout/correlation etc.
Maintain 6S in common of lab, in charge of units control in lab.
Provide support for hardware release such as product correlation and machine buy-off activities qualifications.
Attend to immediate product/system related testing issues and demonstrates open communication policy and involvement with production and maintenance people on achieving problem solution.
Perform 1st level EFA and 2nd level EFA for production hold lots and give disposition, and feedback to related team for issue investigation.
Support related production issue related to TPE (flush out)
Wafer test process
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Diploma electronic/electric or any related
PREFERRED:
2-4 years test debug in semiconductor
SKILLS:
Basic electronic /EFA
Basic data collection and analysis
