BROAD FUNCTIONS :
Coordinate on DET testing and publish results accordingly.
Ensure all data are compiled & published in timely manner.
Guzik tester capacity and resources planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Regular
Responsible to execute and follow up daily job task assigned from Engineer.
Able to hands on and perform the Guzik / DET testing.
Able Compile and summarise the Guzik / DET data, and trigger necessary action needed.
Able to perform the basic part change and tester setup verification.
Constantly provide feedback and frequent status update to the MRE engineers.
Perform and maintain MRE lab 7S and follow all safety and health rules.
Able to work in cleanroom environment and flexible on some necessary arrangement from Supervisor.
Irregular
Reference generation and head screening for new program.

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
1-2 Years working experience in manufacturing environment with machine operation, data collection & analytical skills is preferred.
Working experiences in Sputtering or related field and knowledge of Magnetic materials used in HDD would be an added advantage.
Knowledge in magnetic recording and heads will be a huge advantage.
Knowledge of gauge study/statistical process will be an advantage.
Experience in C++ or Excel macro will be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Windows Software (Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook) & Forum Notes.
Effective team player with proven relationship building & communication skills, including cross-functionally with Production, Process, Yield, and Quality.

Problem Solving – Proficiency in troubleshooting tester, analyzing data for any measurement shifts / head instability and take necessary corrective action.
Communication - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to colleagues and engineers.
Safety – Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing environment.
