Job DescriptionDemonstrate a high degree of initiative, motivation, and willingness to work proactively either independently or within the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for improving and sustaining the automation equipment capability and meeting the KPI (Availability, OEE, and Yield).
Perform line troubleshooting and support daily production operations.
Analyze equipment failure root causes and propose corrective actions.
Identify root causes and provide corrective actions through effective problem-solving tools.
Perform regular inspections to identify equipment root causes.
Perform preventive maintenance and calibrate the equipment to optimal condition.
Maintain equipment maintenance documentation and checklists.
Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Support equipment setup, relocation, and retirement.
Assist engineers in continuous equipment improvement projects and automation projects.
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical.
Experience in machine operation.
SKILLS:
Knowledge of PLC and PC programming is an advantage.
Knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components.
Able to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
Able to work in a 12-hour shift rotation every week.
Able to read technical drawings.
Must know how to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must work in a team and help each other.
