Job ResponsibilitiesReport to Building Executive / Manager.
Responsible for Daily Maintenance and other Breakdown Repair and servicing as per required schedule.
To perform Preventive Maintenance.
To attend complaints from users.
To ensure all building areas are zero from any defects.
To take care of company tools and property, ensuring the maintenance areas are always clean and tidy.
Other duties to be assigned from time to time as assigned by Building Executive / Manager.
