Technician - Building Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:Assist to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, fixtures, water pump and filter, gent-set and others.
Daily maintenance inspection on MP3 lift, air-cond, lighting, fan, sound system and others. To ensure smooth operation of the site.
Direct workers to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment and all lighting bulbs.
Daily landscape maintenance inspection and cleanliness inspection inclusive of Tang Villa, Meng Palace, Heritage, Perpetual Garden, Zone A, D, E, F, G and all toilets.
Ensure that machineries and motor vehicles are maintained according to schedule.
Supervise and mobilization of Maintenance workers.
Liaise with external technician on maintenance services.
Assist on set-up works for praying rites and event function.
Prepare and submit daily maintenance record and checklist to management for further review and action.
Any other duties as assigned by the superiors and management to you from time to time.
Requirements:
SPM and above.
Fluent in written and verbal communication in both English and Malay.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Building Maintenance is preferred.
Willing to work hands-on and autonomously.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
