Technician (Electrical)

Duties and Responsibilities : To report directly to the Operation manager. To participate actively in ensuring the smooth operation and good upkeep of all electrical equipment owned by Group inside electrical and High Tension rooms in good condition. Monitor exhaust fans (ventilation) and fire suppression systems performance and identify potential issues before they lead to failures. To supervise and engage in repair works performance of service providers, suppliers and contractors so as to ensure timely delivery, quality and cost control. To assist and follow up in ensuring preventive maintenance / calibration execution plans carried out smoothly. To assist and support senior technician in carrying out tasks requiring technical support. Any other ad-hoc task / duties assigned by superior from time to time. Public Relations : To promote good public relations with tenants, utility suppliers and statutory bodies. Promote effective communication with peers. General Administration : To update master checklist whenever task is performed. To prepare an Incident Report whenever necessary. Qualifications : Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma (Electrical) / PW4 / AO certificate.
Experience : At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Competencies / Skills : Preferably technically sound (able to analyse electrical schematic diagram / re-wiring skill) and hands on to perform any task was given.
Strong analytical and communication skills. Candidate must be co-operative, hardworking, teamwork, responsible and able to work independently.
