Seize the chance to make a meaningful impact and grow with us at ALV GROUP, where your aspirations meet limitless possibilities.Qualifications & experienceAt least SPM qualification.Minimum Two (2) years working experience will be advantageous.Must have own transport.Available to work 6 days a week (1 rest day).Willing to travel between Georgetown and Butterworth, Penang.Strong responsibility and time management skills.Tasks & responsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repair work such as basic furniture repairs, changing electrical appliances, and minor renovations including paint touch-ups on walls, ceilings, and doors.Troubleshoot, repair, and service air conditioning units independently.Use power tools and maintenance-related machinery effectively.Conduct plumbing, carpentry, and fittings, and other technical jobs as required.Carry out minor fitting repairs on doors, windows, etc.Perform checks to ensure apartment rooms are in working order and address any necessary repairs.Knowledge in air conditioning servicing is an added advantage.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Positive and supportive work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
