About the roleWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team at Resourceco Asia (M) Sdn Bhd in Perak. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing essential technical services and support to ensure the smooth operation of our company's equipment and machinery. What you'll be doing
Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of equipment and machinery used in our operations
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
What we're looking for
Relevant technical diploma or certificate in a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Proficient in the use of various tools, equipment, and diagnostic software
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
