Technician

Repair damaged equipment and any damaged parts.- Ensure the electrical system is in good condition.- Ensure Lift system in good condition and safe for public.- Ensure Standby Generator is in good condition when TNB power supply breakdown.- Inspect Fire Protection System and make sure it is in good condition in term of Fire.- Maintain a plumbing system and ensure water tank supply in good condition.- Regularly check all equipment's to ensure the equipment's are in good condition.- Carry out inspections of buildings supervised by other Technicians.- Conduct inspections and preparing schedules for repairing jobs.- Monitor the landscape and ensure all lighting surrounding are in good working condition**Working Hours**- Monday - Friday : 9.00 am to 5.30 pm- Saturday : 9.00 am to 1.00 pm- Off Day: Sunday & PH**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payExpected Start Date: 02/19/2024
