Technician

Must possess PW3 / PW4 or A0 / A1- Inspection of electrical component (lighting, fan, blower, air conditioning, etc.)- Inspection of sewerage system- Inspection of water supply system (pump, pressure, piping & septic tank)- Inspection of CCTV System- To check building safety condition (exit light, emergency light, PPE & signage).- Inspection of building housekeeping condition (toilet, lobby, cafe, server room, compound).- Checking fire protection items (hose reel, portable fire extinguisher, pump, etc)- Building inspection - civil (structure, wall, ceiling, roofing and flooring).- Provide daily update to chargeman for building health condition (3 times a day).- Fill up corrective maintenance report.- Attending fault.- Off site standby for breakdown- Following standby schedules.- Answering call centre for NOC docket.**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Early shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
