Technician

Understand and operate advanced electrical & plumbing.- Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.- Maintains the basic upkeep of all rooms and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment such as televisions, refrigerators, and light fixtures are in working order.- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests.- Respond and attend to guest repair requests.- Cleans and maintains the hotel's exterior spaces such as the parking lot, swimming pool, etc.**Requirements**:- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.- Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of urgency.- Able to carry out multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.- Applicants must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.- With skills in plumbing, air-cond servicing and trouble shooting, wiring & electrical, basic.**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 09/15/2023Expected Start Date: 09/15/2023
