Repairing: Fixing or replacing faulty equipment.
Installing: Installing and testing products to ensure they work properly.
Maintaining: Maintaining tools and plumbing infrastructure.
Writing: Writing safety procedures, maintenance plans, and reports.
Negotiating: Negotiating service agreements and contracts with clients and suppliers.
Teaching: Teaching customers how to use their products.
Monitoring: Monitoring advancements in the industry and attending workshops.
Sourcing: Sourcing replacement parts.
Estimating: Providing time and material cost estimates before starting a job.
