Technician

RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY:   Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and production schedule to meet customer's specificationTo understand the basic trouble shooting concepts and actively participant in related improvement activities for continuous improvementResponsible to ensure safe working methods are practice and aware of any safety problem arise and forward to superior's attentionProper and efficient material handling to ensure product traceability to meet quality and scheduling demands.Always practice good housekeeping, including use of the 5Ss' technique or any other relevant methods as decided by the management. Responsible to change size, attend to all minor repairs and make adjustment of machine and tools in accordance to Product specification.Upkeep and maintain production machinery and equipment & perform autonomous maintenance for machine and equipment.Record and report production data, including output, quality, and downtime.To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.                                         REQUIREMENTS:  Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering with minimum of 2 years working experience in machine maintenance.   Good attitude, self-initiative & willing to learnFresh graduates are encouraged to apply
