RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair and maintain all restaurant kitchen equipment, electrical appliances, conveyor belts, plumbing, and other handy-work according to breakdown reports.
Chemical service and repair all freezer and chiller units including compressor replacement.
Chemical service and repair all air conditioning units.
Attend all emergency breakdowns via phone call and other applications.
Breakdown Report
Schedule and complete all restaurant breakdown jobs on a daily basis.
Attend all breakdown calls as assigned.
Attend breakdowns at ISO / HACCP restaurants within 4 operational hours.
Complete repair or replacement of faulty equipment at ISO / HACCP restaurants within 8 hours.
Workshop Maintenance
Organize workshop in terms of kitchen equipment neatness and maintain workshop cleanliness.
Repair and conduct maintenance work for wear and tear issues.
Administrative
Obtain acknowledgment through signatory from the Restaurant Manager on Service Reports once the job is completed.
Update daily activities and maintain proper paperwork.
Submit Punch Card and other related paperwork before the 4th of each month promptly and accurately for claims and work verification.
Company Van
Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the Company Van.
Ensure that regular maintenance services and repairs are scheduled.
Comply with all rules and regulations set by both the company and the government.
Others
Complete other assignments given by immediate superior as needed.
Be on standby or work on rest days/public holidays if required to support restaurant business operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Certificate/Diploma in Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration.
Minimum 1 year working experience.
Knowledge and familiarity with air-conditioning or refrigerator functions and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
Possess a valid license for Motorbike/Car and be willing to travel.
