in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah.

As a technician, you will actively contribute to the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of cutting-edge systems and products, working alongside a talented and dynamic team.
You will have the chance to apply your technical expertise to real-world challenges, participating in everything from machine setup and troubleshooting to optimization and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
In charge of machine condition confirmation prior to any operation.
Checking all incoming raw material quality & stock upon receiving or preparation.
Inventory checker, ensure on-time issuing & closing, including Chemical usage.
Person-in-charge to trigger for any operation/machine stop in case of abnormality or safety alert.
Person-in-charge that has the knowledge of machine setting adjustment with instruction from engineer.
Person-in-charge to trigger for machine down or low yield issue and follow up on closure of report.
Person-in-charge in compiling utilization report and looking for improvement in achieving management target.
Able to perform minor machine troubleshooting and maintenance jobs.
Person-in-charge to update daily output report and validation of all recording of data to meet ISO standards.
Person to backup any shortage of resources at any process at any time.
Follow up on productivities and periodic quality confirmation on yield and quality.
Review and manage QESH documentation.
Conduct newcomer orientation and departmental QESH awareness training.
In charge and monitor departmental measuring equipment calibration and records.
Support Engineering for normal routine jobs.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or a related field.
Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, for report writing, documentation, and data analysis.
Knowledge of production processes and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
