Technician

Job Responsibilities:
Perform general routine inspection of company's vital operating machines, equipment and public lightings to ensure smooth operation per schedule.
Attend to complaints with repairs and job orders or urgent top priority through phone calls from other departments/guests without delay.
Perform general repairs, operation, and preventive maintenance duties regarding Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Masonry, Painting, Kitchen equipment, AV equipment, and related items.
Ensure all works carried out comply with schedules and safety rules and regulations.
Maintain workshop, tools, equipment, and all related maintenance areas in a clean and neat condition at all times.
Provide proper records of all work done in the daily communication logbook before the end of the duty.
Carry out shift duties and split duties when called upon as and when a colleague falls sick or is absent from duty as directed by the superior.
Perform other duties set by the Company or direct superiors in emergency circumstances.
Keep all facilities installations, building premises, and related working areas in a clean and safe condition constantly.
Incorporate as a member of the safety committee within the hotel.
Constantly comply with hotel policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Assist others whenever needed and be a good team player.
