To repair, replace damage facility and service equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on building systems such as lighting, plumbing and electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
Responsible for general facility maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry including fixing doors and other building maintenance.
Oversee the operation of backup generators and water pumps.
Work with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
