Technician

Job Responsibilities:
To supervise the maintenance of the condominium facilities such as swimming pool and others.
To supervise the works undertaken by contractors/suppliers.
To attend to minor maintenance and repair works.
To record daily bulk water meter reading.
To assist in recording the individual water and gas meter readings.
To assist the building supervisor/ chargeman in the discharge of his duties and responsibilities of handling mechanical and electrical services.
To undertake any other assignment that may arise from time to time.
To supervise all works undertaken by contractors.
To assist in preparation and updating an inventory list of all common property, equipment, plant and machinery.
To assist the supervising electrical engineer in the discharge of his duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
SPM or other equivalent certificate
Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with self- discipline and minimal supervision.
Candidate with some basic knowledge in electrical and mechanical will have an added advantage.
