Manage and ensure all production processes comply with the GMP and safety & health requirement.
Ensure that the machines run effectively with minimum breakdown and maintain them regularly.
Treat coagulant/polymer waste.
Collect samples and send to the lab for testing.
Ensure housekeeping and surroundings are clean and properly maintained at all times.
Carry out the job according to Work Instruction.
Ensure high productivity with good quality and minimum wastage.
Ensure ISO quality system is carried out effectively.
Other assigned duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least SKM/Diploma in Engineering field or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Possess good leadership and communication skills.
Able to work on rotating shifts.
Good discipline and attitude.
Proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.

Wear Safe (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (WSM) was acquired by KOSSAN in 2003. WSM started its operation in Port Klang with 5 dipping latex surgical glove lines. In 2007, WSM was relocated to a new plant at Jalan Meru, Klang with a centralized sterile packing location and enhanced production lines of a capacity of 8 million pairs of surgical gloves per month.
With a growing market demand, KOSSAN has invested in another WSM plant in Jalan Meru in 2013. The plant was commissioned with 9 new production lines with a monthly capacity of more than 31.5 million pairs of surgical gloves. The plant has obtained ISO 9001:2008, EN ISO 13485:2012 Quality Management System (QMS), CMDR, and ISO Class 8 in 2013.
As of today, there are more than 400 well-trained employees in WSM. With the advent of Information Technology, KOSSAN has embraced and employed new technologies to cultivate a knowledge-based workforce and to promote better communication with all relevant parties.
