ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for the assembly and integration of complete and partial systems for various Bruker product lines.
Each system is assembled and tested to a specific customer order requiring timeliness of completion and accuracy of configuration.
This job includes troubleshooting and the correction of mechanical and electrical problems and requires skill in these areas.
The position requires an ability to work productively individually or as part of a group.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Completion of customer orders per assembly and integration timeline
Quality improvement projects
Other product or process related projects
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participation on new product release teams
Participating in improvement projects
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system issues.
Ability to perform electrical and mechanical precision alignment.
Interface with ME and R&D on prototype builds, with limited written instruction.
Basic computer skills.
Mechanical and Electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of related experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical/Mechatronic preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
