Responsibilities:MUST have related license & experience
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
Perform routine maintenance around the building or machinery.
Work on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
Apply preventative measures to the building.
Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to reduce the risk of future problems.
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Work cooperatively with other units/departments of the organization to ensure that the needs of maintenance issues are being addressed.
Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
