Technician - Maintenance

Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a SPM Level or equivalent.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Duty responsibilities
Assisting superior during maintenance of machinery, equipment, buildings, and systems, including ventilation and air conditioning.Maintain good housekeeping and inventory of maintenance department.Perform on going preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.Checking and maintaining safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.Respond to emergencies- serving as the primary contact for all facility related emergencies (Including but not limited to fire alarms, HVAC system alarms, security alarms, etc). Includes monitoring and responding to building security/fire system alarms which may require work even during off work hours, weekends and holidays;Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues reported by employees thru maintenance Work OrderMaintaining tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively.Following a maintenance schedule to ensure that all routine tasks are completed.Participate in continuous improvement projects through High Performance Team to improve inspection process effectiveness, detection and efficiency.
Support Engineering team in the organization and documentation of ISO9001, ISO14001 and other related standards.
Perform 5S.Perform other tasks, as assigned by immediate superior/manager
