The position holder is responsible for maintenance management of the site.
Activities include alignment & carrying out reliability excellence practices/programs; prevention, maintenance and repair, improvement of maintenance performance; support maintenance project accomplishment, best practice application, participate in training and development program.
As a member of Mission Food Malaysia, the position holder has actively to support the site development.
II.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Sustenance maintenance associate to ensure that all systems operate at their highest capability to meet required production schedules, quality and costs and schedule priorities.
Upkeep improves reliability, maintenance and processing methods to reduce cost and avoid loss of production because of equipment malfunction or failure time.
Controls equipment capabilities, safety and operational condition in coordination with the other department Supervisors, Engineers and technicians.
Support superiors to accomplish preventative maintenance procedures that are cost-effective and increase the operational life of the equipment.
Involve and implement the continuous improvement of the process through equipment improvement modifications.
Perform and contribute expertise to the development of the system and operational standards and corrective actions.
Active participation to accomplish corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance with company operating procedures, practices and financial considerations.
Participate in maintenance training to include the effective utilization of the maintenance logs, completion of routine maintenance specific to facility, equipment operations and support.
Actively participate in diagnosing malfunctions machinery, equipment, and updating superiors' estimates working hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
Assist superiors with preparing requisitions to determine the number of spare parts to keep in inventory.
Essential to follow assigned shift pattern or off day or rest day, when and where it is needed by superiors.
Participate in safety training, safety meetings, member of safety committee, provides technical support for all safety projects, and supports implementation of the key element process.
Safeguards that equipment and facility are maintained in a safe, operable condition and/or arrange for replacement/upgrades.
Contribute in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, WWT and utility systems maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
Engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery based on superior request.
Support in the External & Internal audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
Willing to take additional responsibilities when and where it is needed by Management.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCECertificate in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics or in Engineering
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience preferably in Manufacturing
Computer literate is a must.
Good analytical skills and proactive.
Good communication skills at all levels.
Able to work under pressure.
