Job ResponsibilitiesReporting to production supervisor/production Asst Supervisor
Responsible for output and product quality
To attend machine whenever quality issue arises or machine alert alarm
To change mould according to schedule within reasonable time frame
To monitor output quality after changing mould
To set machine parameters in order to minimize reject parts
To perform machine trouble shooting during breakdown and react to quality issue
To record, update and display machine parameter setting
To ensure displaying of work instruction
To ensure cleanliness of machine parameter setting
Other tasks and assignments will be given by superior from time to time
