Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.JR55022 Technician NVE PEResponsibilitiesInvolved in supporting MAM QA system for MMP Rel Engineering team in MMP site.Work closely with site PE Reliability MMP and MSB team.Executing daily MCRS requests from global site.Creating and modifying flow in MAM (Manufacturing Asset Management).Update implementer and MAM setup in attributes.Attend and solve the MAM error during qual run.Communicate emails with PE Engineering on the MAM issues, shipment & sampling issues, testing issues and testing results.Collaborate with engineers and operation team to develop new process to improve operational efficiency.Assist operation team with technical issues to ensure smooth running of NAND product qualifications.Maintain software tools to ensure up to date with NAND product roadmap.Maintain global quality management database by retiring old attributes to keep database clean.Execute the daily request across different functional teams (MCRS system).Purchased operations/department daily usage from ARIBA.Update operation yearly e-learnt/OJT.Be the point of contact to support PE Engineering on reliability sampling.Track and able to pull production reports to ensure lots are tested on time.Determine priorities, constraints, and line status for the area.Be familiar with reliability process flow.Perform work area inspections to identify, anticipate and promptly correct hazards.Assist Supervisor in compiling the reliability work and schedule.Ready to perform other assigned tasks from time to time.RequirementsPossess a general diploma/technical certificate can be considered.Possess manufacturing system/process knowledge will be an advantage.Willing to work in shifts.Good written and communication in English.Able to write emails to communicate clearly on information.Meticulous in work as involved in system updating.Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing/Production field will be advantageous.Familiarity with basic semiconductor manufacturing and production processes; and reliability process will be advantageous.A team player with leadership skills to lead operators.Possess ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirements.Possess ability to effectively interact with a wide range of personalities.Possess knowledge of MAM tracking, Microsoft outlook and excel reporting skills will be advantageous.
