Technician (Phone Repairing)

MAIN - Mobile phone repair technicians run tests to assess the mobile phones' functionality, install and update the phone software, troubleshoot wiring problems, and replace damaged parts and components such as batteries, LCD screens, keypads, buttons. They also advise their clients on warranty issues and recommend products based on their expertise.A summary role for the job description:- Help customers to give solutions for their phone problem and fix their phone- Make sure to collect order forms from customers and update stock daily- Recorded the usage of provided spare part in reportThe person that we are looking for:- Having a passion for repairing phones even still a newbie ( have experience is an advantage)- Punctual time/honest/willing to learn/ want to upgrade his life- Work hard and smart- Willing to rotate shifts on weekends/holidays- Can work 6 days a week**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Phone Technician: 1 year (preferred)
