Technician, Production Precision Assembly

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Precision Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision assembly techniques and a strong attention to detail. As a Precision Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling intricate components and ensuring that products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precision assembly of components and parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to assemble and align components with tight tolerances.
Conduct quality inspections of assembled parts to verify conformance to specifications and identify any defects or discrepancies.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and recommend solutions for improvement.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in precision assembly or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in precision assembly techniques, including soldering, bonding, and fastening methods.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to work with small, delicate components.
Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship, with a focus on producing accurate and precise work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ISO quality standards and quality assurance processes is a plus.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
