Analysis & Reporting (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
To conduct process and product audit for every model at SMC once a year or more, if necessary, based on VDA requirements.
Conduct internal quality audit at plant if needed.
4M confirmation of process & product as preparation for certification body audit/customer audit.
To ensure and follow-up all non-conforming corrective actions being implemented effectively.
Monitor effectiveness of corrective action taken.
To support SCM in conducting supplier audit or supplier monitoring.
Follow-up improvement activities & Gemba.
Prepare the process & product audit report for weekly meeting.
Assist warranty team should any assistance be required.
Perform related tasks and any other task as instructed by the superior.
