Performs repairs electrical, plumbing and other related works.Troubleshoot, repair and install related repairs and when necessary.Perform basic tasks including clean facilities and managing maintenance
repairs.
4. To perform preventive maintenance, regularly check/conduct performance
assessment of company appliances outlets equipments or breakdown.
5. Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
6. To respond to any emergency calls for repairs/services
7. To monitor all installation and servicing works by appointed service
provider/contractor.
8. Prepare weekly/monthly M&E maintenance report and update to the
Management.
9. To respond to any changes in the job function as dictated by the Company
and to perform all other duties requested by the Management, and/ or his/ her
direct superior.
