Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
Fresh graduate.
Interested in planting cultivation practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willing to travel intensively.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth in the designated area by developing and executing effective strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including growers and estate owners.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
Execute promotional campaigns to achieve organizational objectives.
Utilize knowledge of cultivation practices to provide solutions to customers.
Conduct farmer talks to create brand awareness.
Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and build relationships.
Relocation may be required based on company needs.
