In this role, you will lead a software development team to create and deliver solutions for our global partners. You'll ensure projects meet deadlines while fostering team growth through coaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Development : Create innovative features and platform solutions using Web, Mobile, AI/ML, IoT, and Device Diagnostic technologies.
Architect Solutions : Design and develop scalable, cloud-enabled platforms that enhance user experience.
Set Standards : Establish coding standards and best practices, and maintain automated testing processes for quality assurance.
Troubleshoot Issues : Identify and fix complex technical problems to ensure service performance and reliability.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on new technologies and tools relevant to your field.
Manage Development Lifecycle : Oversee the entire software development process, including deployment and production support.
Use AI Technologies : Implement AI tools to improve efficiency and code quality.
Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work with product managers to turn business needs into technical plans.
Documentation : Manage technical documentation, including system designs and API specs.
Qualifications and Skills
Education : BSc in Computer Science or related field.
Experience : 4-5 years in software development, preferably in a leadership role. Familiar with Mobile, Web, Cloud, and Serverless technologies.
Technical Skills : Proficient in full stack development with open-source and cloud platforms. Experience with web APIs and automated testing.
Technology Stack : Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, MongoDB, AWS Lambda, Kotlin, or Swift is a plus.
Infrastructure Knowledge : Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is beneficial.
AI Tools : Experience using AI tools for development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) is a major plus.
Version Control : Knowledge of Git and tools like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

Creative : Use critical thinking to find the best solutions and promote continuous improvement.
